CLAROH works directly with general contractors and design firms on a selective basis. We provide GMP review, value engineering strategy, constructability review, and design to budget alignment for teams that want an independent, experienced perspective before the owner engages.
For teams executing under a design build delivery model, CLAROH provides dedicated design management and process oversight, serving as the experienced hand within the GC’s team that keeps design execution aligned with the owner’s intent, contract requirements, and project budget throughout every stage of the process.
These advisory engagements are pursued separately and never overlap with active owner representation work on the same project.
