CLAROH was founded by Kanay Patel, a development and construction professional with more than $1.5 billion in project value across the country’s most demanding real estate programs.
Kanay began his career on the GC side deliberately, guided by the belief that the people shaping development decisions should understand how buildings are actually built. He later moved into development leadership and owner representation, bringing that field perspective into owner side decision making.
CLAROH was created to bring that range of experience, from field execution to owner side decision making, directly to owners and developers who need practical guidance at consequential moments. Kanay has been fortunate to learn from mentors who believed knowledge is most valuable when it is shared. CLAROH is built on that same belief, bringing practical experience, clear judgment, and informed perspective to every engagement.
CAREER JOURNEY
Managed execution on two of Manhattan’s technically complex high-rise developments with a combined construction cost of more than $700 million.
Led construction management for a luxury multifamily development and a mixed-use project in Colorado, from preconstruction through delivery.
Oversaw more than $580 million in concurrent mixed-use developments carrying accountability for development and construction management across Miami, Denver & Culver City.
Served as Project Executive and owner’s representative on civic and mixed use programs, guiding projects through planning and approvals.
